Diabetes Educator Services

We offer education for patients with Type 1, Type 2, and LADA Diabetes Mellitus. Perioperative diabetes education is included for surgeon referrals when required.

Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS)

Information about CGMS and the right product for you.

Set-up, insertion instructions (video consult), and review of results.

Diabetes Education/Blood Glucose Monitoring

Review of your diabetes management, up-to-date education and information to improve health outcomes. Registration with The National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) for new diagnosis.

Commencement of Insulin

Education to patients new to insulin or having a change of insulin. Providing practical education and handouts to read at home. Can assist with insulin adjustment via telephone, video call or email with letters updating GP or Specialist who referred.

Commencement of Ozempic or Trulicity

If you have been prescribed a once-a-week diabetes injection, then we can educate you on where to start.
